What We Collect

When you purchase a product, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email and purchase details but never see your full card number.

Subscriptions (PPPR Newsletter)

If you subscribe to PPPR — Path to Positive Rents, Stripe processes your subscription billing and we use your email address solely to deliver the daily newsletter. Your email is stored in a private subscriber list (never sold or shared) and is removed from the mailing list when your subscription ends. Cancel anytime via the manage-subscription link in any newsletter email.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your purchased product via download link
• To send product updates (if applicable)
• To respond to support requests

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in
• We do not use tracking cookies beyond basic analytics

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never touches our servers.

Data Retention

We retain your email and purchase records for as long as needed to provide support and product updates. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@serphos.ai.
