Unify EZ is an AI-enabled custom training platform Serphos built for Unify Health & Fitness, a studio in Phoenix, AZ. It replaced what they rented from ABC Trainerize — rebuilt in their own brand, on their own domain at unifyaz.app, 100% owned by them.
Unify Health & Fitness ran their members on ABC Trainerize — a per-member SaaS subscription where the cost grows with every client, and the app carries someone else's brand and design language.
Serphos rebuilt the client-facing product from the ground up as Unify EZ: the studio's own software, in the studio's own look, on the studio's own domain — and made it AI-enabled in ways the off-the-shelf tool never was.
The AI does real work for members, coaches and the owner — but it never runs unsupervised. It's guardrailed, rate-limited, and every single call is written to an append-only audit log with its token cost.
Members ask about their program and progress in plain language and get an instant answer built from their actual training data — not a generic chatbot.
It's guardrailed by design: anything touching medical, injury, or supplement advice is refused and routed to a human coach. Usage is rate-limited per member per day.
From a member's actual check-in — pain, nutrition, stress — the copilot drafts feedback responses, suggests the next week's program progression, and writes InBody progress commentary.
The coach reviews, edits, and sends. The AI never talks to members unsupervised. It's a drafting tool, not an autopilot.
Take a photo of an InBody body-composition printout and AI vision parses it into structured fields — weight, skeletal muscle, body-fat %, segmental zones.
The parsed values are validated and charted over time, so a paper slip becomes a trend line without anyone typing numbers into a spreadsheet.
The platform summarizes the day's activity across the entire gym and emails a digest to the owner — automatically, every night.
And because governance was built in from day one, the owner can see exactly what the AI did and what it cost: every AI call is recorded in an append-only audit log, token costs included.
